Pat Lewis brings more than 20 years of experience as an educator in the public and private sector to NCI Solutions. She developed the training curriculum for one of Canada's leading retailers, as well as for many other educational institutions. She wrote and published a textbook and teacher/presenter guides used by educators across Ontario, as well as business manuals used for staff training.

A life-long learner herself, Pat draws from a well of experience in teaching and facilitating learning for adults. She also relies on her expertise and knowledge in conflict resolution, curriculum development, facilitation and tangible measurement structures.

Pat is an inspiring leader in any group, and is frequently sought as a speaker. Her exceptional communication skills enable her to connect instantly with her audience, and to deliver and implement key learning.
